PUBLIC FINAL CONCERT – A GREAT CLOSURE OF THE ZIMC 2022

This year’s ZIMC lasting nine days was crowned with a public Final concert held on 1 June at 6 p.m. Right from the start, profound and overwhelming emotions started flowing freely from the introductory words used when the Competition director Zorica Vukosavljevic, the President of the Piano section jury Tatjana Rankovic and the President of the Composers’ Association of Serbia Rade Radivojevic greeted the audience.

The laureates, the finest among the best-in-class, performed one after another. Seemingly still children, as they are called right now just because of their young age, they all proved to be, in actual fact, the finest masters of our art, serving the greatest and noblest of all artforms- music.

It is from the building at 9 Nemanjina in Zemun that mesmerizing sounds of the flute, clarinet and piano started flowing out, helping us realize what the ultimate aim of our education has always been, as a magnificent blessing we have received from the Universe-  to serve the young by transferring all our knowledge to them, so we all could ascend to the high-vibration spheres, where there are neither age differences, nor the brutality our social reality brims with … but only love and music, as warrants that the world can be a place of pure joy!

After such a magnificent concert, there was a little time left to hang out in the school yard, and then some great warm words were uttered– “See you next time, next year, at the same place- at our big Festival for the heart and soul!”
